I dont see it as a problem, Whilst tapping away breaking the law I am usually breaking the law by speeding so there is a very high chance that I would miss the person that steps out in front of me

Oh i forgot to mention i do have a charger but that would mean me going to the boot and actually taking it out of the packaging, plugging it into the front of the car and connecting it to my phone....too much hard word

i heard something on the radio recently that the mobile phone suppliers have technology to disable phones that are being used by a driver. Gotta say im guilty of it, its usually replying to emails
