About me and who I'm looking for

About me: I enjoy good conversation, sharing time together and activities such as hiking, tennis, golf, films, plays and day trips. It is great to be spontaneous and also look forward the scheduled events in the future. I enjoy films and discussing them over dinner or drinks. I like fishing but have no interest in hunting. I prefer an art museum to watching football on TV. I grew up in a house built in 1835 and have always liked old houses and antiques. I spend free time on home improvement projects. A hike in nature is like a tonic for the soul. "Happiness is as a butterfly, which when pursued is always beyond our grasp, but which if you will sit down quietly may alight upon you!" I am looking for an intelligent, and interesting woman who can appreciate all facets of life. I'm searching for a kindred spirit, a woman who can enjoy anything we are doing together and yet she is an independent person who can have her own identity and interests.
