great idea to ask for feedback; it shows you are a highly effective person.
now for some bloke-to-bloke advice...
1. improve your pictures; the close-up pictures, you are in teh dark; on the other one you look like a potatoe. Surely you have better ones. Take one of 5 years back ;)
2. get rid of the neagtive talk in your profile intro... why do you say you always finish last? Judging from you job you seem to do very well...
3. don't wait until you get a response.. send flowers, email arousong some interest.
