It's not the tattoos most women don't mind that. I would get rid of the picture with the cigarette. Smile in at least one of your picture. Make sure your pictures are sitting up right kicked back and relaxed.

I agree with the other ladies, it's not the tatts - a lot of women find them attractive (I have one myself), although I smoke the pic with the cig doesn't do it for me - ditch the cig and the sunnies and post a pic of you smiling and relaxed. The fact that your profile shows you as a warm hearted guy who has had his share of heartache will certainly attract a lot of women.
