Consider refocusing your headline on your qualities as a man (example: Romantic,Easy Going,Independent Guy) not on your body or 'condition.'

I wouldn't focus on disability but on my abilities, and who I am as a person. Yes, it's important to mention you have paraplegia, yet to say "I am a... paraplegic" makes it sound as if you believe the paraplegia defines you. If you believe it does, most likely, other people will too.

The paraplegia doesn't define your personhood; the paraplegia is something that's a part of your life, something you live with, but it's not YOU. I don't think this is a matter of semantics or of being 'politically correct.' YOU are not your 'disability.'

In your narrative I might say something like "While I live with paraplegia, I'm a very independent man who ......" I wouldn't make that your opening sentence though. Remember, you are a man first... the paraplegia is important to mention yet it's secondary to the man you are.

At the end you say you're seeking someone who can "see beyond my disability." Can you see past it? If so, consider rephrasing that last statement, that once more focuses on the paraplegia. It sounds like you simply wish to be accepted for who you are as a person, just like everyone else here!

Post at least two pictures and smile in them so you're more likely to attract a happy person. In your current photo your affect is flat.
