I think paragraphing is a great suggestion… makes it much easier to read.
Don’t see any problem using it:

E.G.

“I'm just a country girl with a big heart, that has a lot of love to give to the right man! Not wanting someone that drinks a lot or does drugs! I like doing things outside, like... gardening some.

I'm trying to learn a few tunes on my guitar! I grew up around music most of my life, just wish my dad was around to teach me more!
I've been known to fish some, even though I haven't in a long time... maybe you can show me how again! lol Hey, I even went hunting one time, didn't get one though...darn! lol I like to have fun and make people laugh. I can be serious when need be, I DO NOT like to argue!

I’d leave out the “lol’s” – they’re superfluous alongside exclamation marks!

Personally, I don’t find a few extra pounds a turn off but smoking is.
