I don't think you should change your username and join again, imagine the cost and effort of copy and pasting your info and buying a new email address, not to mention the cost of joining CS again in the first place.

Just don't waste all that money buying a new email address and paying to join CS again, stick with what you have, everything will work out OK , trust me..
