any advice?

Yes hard for me to relax...especially waiting for the camera shot to take...i always tense up.

ok will try to take some more photos relaxing..thanks very much for the advice.

thanks for the advice very much, and yes i do tend to look like I'm frowning.

I think i need to take quite a few pics (smiling) and hope one catches me when i dont look like a nutter :-)
