In my opinion I dont think you sound arrogant, sound more of just trying to get attention too much, dont try so hard just put who you are and what you are looking for :)

I think its nice but I agree on simple, put a little of what you are also looking for without sounding I guess rude but also be honest, I would also say have a few more photos just to give everyone a general idea of who you are and maybe things you are into like hobbies, that will help show people what you have in common with them

I personally like the pic :) You give general information, which is good but you should try to give a little more about what you like, may sound corny but it will girls an idea on what you are like and not leaving anyone in the dark
