Hi my dear friend! Few years ago, I was invited from the University of Athens to go there and give a lecture about The Marriage and How it Can Be Strong and Healthy. I saw about the 1/3 of the lady Professsors crying...This is my answer to your question. The depression cannot be (easily) hidden. This is what I know and what I see. To be bored it is not so bad, but to be depressed it is very serious, it can be cured by communication and communion with a person that spontaneously gives the true and substantial love BUT unconditionally. There is no other curative way. It is well known that the depression can be incurable in case you live or communicate with the wrong person. With the person that takes everything and never gives anything. Because I am very, very interested on the way of your thinking, We ignore that we do not only exist as humans, but our self is continuously altering for better or worse and that all the powers of soul: mind, intelligence, intellect, will, opinion, intention, memory, memorandum, freedom, etc must be changed; otherwise we remain at least ignorant of the true love and far off the completion. The only problem with this, is that only very few people know "completion" and how it can be activated. I admire your intelligence! Kosta
