I am still single but i am happy and being happy with yourself is the greatest gift of all IMO, anything after that is a bonus

I did not put this profile review up for to boost my ego, i do not need to do that my ego is doing just fine thank you. I guess i was asking the question, (and i may be at fault here for my wording of the question 
) am i too old to start again after a 22 year marrige and five years of being alone. There are times when i think, gosh i have enough of this and i should just accept my life as it is now and forget about the whole dating stuff ..............
