Being quiet or shy is certainly not a bad thing. But if it’s hard to talk to anyone, it will also be hard to find your soulmate… or for your soulmate to find you. Unless you're one of the lucky ones who attract outgoing people, you likely spend a lot of time alone. If that is not your preference, it may be time to let go of any social fears you have, relax, and let people get to know the interesting person you are... and the great friend you can be. You can do it! :)
