You know the idea behind what it is to be Wiccan/Pagan. The rest is up to you. Remember Wicca and Paganism are both internationally accepted forms of religion. A good way to find someone who is Wiccan or Pagan is if you see a person who loves nature. Would rather walk around a patch of new earth rather then trample all over it. or someone who would not hurt another being bacause it would only bring hard ache back to them three times over.
