He is the best darn deputy in Mayberry. In fact Barney considers himself an expert on just about everything. Actually he isn't, tends to goof things up, and has a low self esteem. With him guiding you the sky is the limit, assuming of course you don't have to actually get into a helicopter or plane or anything, those things are kind of scary. Perhaps it's best that you just aim a little lower instead. But just think of all the time you'll save "nipping it in the bud".
