Wow do you have some fear issues! It's time to cut way back on the horror movies. If you feel like everyone is out to get you, put on your tin foil hat, sit in the bathtub and take your meds. Why not pick up some books on self esteem while you are out. Or order them from the internet if you don't dare leave the apartment. Get some self defense books if they make you feel better. Most importantly, if you do end up running away from your life, don't look behind you to see how far ahead you are because you will trip.
