I am working with animals and sports. Ask me more if you like about this. I am very fortunate to be able to spend time training especially running , swimming in lakes and circuit training. I say I am fortunate because I have come to not take this for granted following injuries and the usual life stuff that challenges even our strengths. I listen to dance club classics when training and chilled classical when lying in a hanmock staring at the tree tops dancing in the breeze. I believe its good to do less.
