I am a man of sober habits who does not smoke and seldom if ever drinks alcohol. My focus in life now is staying healthy by eating well and not pursuing any bad habits that would impede my health. My natural ability lies in the fact I am an artist. Bad health stopped me painting a number of years ago. Though saying that my health has improved dramatically and I recently have had the desire to get back into my painting. I am a Surrealist artist. Most of my work has portraiture in it. Due to the fact I couldn't paint I began focusing on writing. Unlike painting, where to complete at section of work took several hours, writing could be done in short or long bursts. So I focused on that. Still struggling as a writer but am achieving great results. As an artist I am bewitched by beauty. I can easily be mesmerized by a colourful sunrise or sunset and stare at it for ages. I love nature programmes with colourful wildlife - especially about the large cats. I am saddened that so many people are blind to the magic of life. I guess there so caught up in themselves. I enjoy the simple pleasures in life. Good conversation where we all share stories, social philosophy, and our dreams, is something I relish. Talk to me about politics, sports, or what you've been watching on TV will result in me switching off to you. Finally, I enjoy a quiet peaceful life and mainly achieve this by being frank and honest will all those close to me. Talking nonsense and telling lies is pointless and will only lead to an empty life. Which is something I truly desire to avoid.
