I am fun, interesting and simple yet sometimes complex. I love to laugh, and thus a sense of humor is a must in any potential partner. I enjoy trying new things as well as dining out, attending comedy shows or concerts, or just staying in for movies and quiet conversation. I am an avid Patriots fan, and love the Red Sox as well. It takes a pretty important event for me to miss watching a Pats game, mainly because there are so few games and the season so short. I have 2 wonderful sons, ages 8 and 10. It probably goes without saying that they are the most important part of my life. I have a great job I love, even though the legal field is a fairly new avenue. I previously worked over 10 years in the Human Services field, most recently running a treatment facility for adolescent girls in Haverhill, MA. I loved and still miss that field, but being on call 24/7 was interfering with being a mom to my own children. I am generally outgoing and love meeting new people, but I do have my moments when I can be shy. I love animals, and have 2 dogs, a beagle and a mutt. I love my beagle, have had him 11 years, but I'd advise anyone to think twice about getting one - he's a pig, and there's nothing he won't get into or eat! I am dedicated, passionate and caring, and I'm a chatty talker but just as importantly a good listener.

More About my Match

My ideal match would first and foremost be someone local to NH. I'd love chatting with guys from all over the world, but my ex would never allow me to move with them out of state, and leaving them behind and moving far away is not even a remote possibility. Beyond that, he should be someone who is fun, funny and loves to laugh. He has to have strong values, and not be looking for someone to send him nude photos! He must respect women, especially his mom. Whether or not he has kids of his own, he must love kids at least a little. He should like the Patriots, be willing to watch the games with me while putting up with my loud and energetic behavior. He should enjoy doing activities like hiking, apple picking or walking along the beach. He needs to be young-at-heart, without giving himself permission to be old at 40. He should be religious/spiritual enough to be willing to attend church once in a while. He doesn't need to be rich, but a job and good work ethic are important. He should be physically appealing but certainly not perfect since none of us are.
