I try to spend as much time in nature possible, both for fun and for foraging. It's where I feel the most at home and have the most energy. I'm learning about natural medicine from as many angles as I can, and I strongly believe in spreading that knowledge. We are lucky enough in this region of the world to be surrounded with medicine and nourishment, and while the folk-knowledge of how to treat and take care of ourselves healthily may have gotten a little lost, I strive to put that power back in the hands of people.
