46 year old male. I’m the father of two wonderful kids, my daughter 24, and son 20. I’m a Christian, a avid hiker, and love the outdoors. At the same time I’m a sucker for a quiet evening on the couch watching a good movie. I recently completed a long hike of the Appalachian Trail, 1218 miles, Georgia thru Pennsylvania. I hike because of a bad back. Sounds weird, but keeping on the move I’ve found is the best for it. I am retired on a disability because of the back.I keep busy though with the hiking, and volunteering. I love animals of all kinds, but ultimately am a dog lover. Although I’ve found myself in situations where I’ve been alone (my career in driving, hiking out in the trail) I’m very much not a loner. I love kids, my kids are everything to me. As life goes though, they are both grown, and moving on with their lives. I’m seeking a partner, a friend, someone that I know will be there forever.
