I like to work out, I work out about everyday. I lift i run. I run about 2 miles without stopping. My knees make it hard for me to do more but what ever. I also love biking. I got a great trek bike. I can bike about 30 miles at a time. I usually do about 15 a day.

I love sushi and Chinese food. Steak and seafood and Wine!

I do watch some TV but I like PsyFi and Science and historical documentarys. I am not one to like the trendy shows and can't answer any questions about them.
