Hi, this is a short version of who I am. I am a very sweet and thoughtful guy. I am looking for a lifelong friendship. I have been married once with two step sons. I am divorced now. I am not looking to rush into a relationship but I feel like my life is incomplete without the friendship of a woman. Currently I am finishing my first year in college. I am 36 years old though. When I became single without responsibility I asked myself what I wanted to do with my life. I was a skilled construction worker that earned good money, but as I dedicated my efforts to earning a living for my family my physical fitness went downhill. I have enjoyed exercise, martial arts, and body building for many years. So I decided to pursue a career in the fitness industry. I am earnings a personal trainers certification, a fitness professional certification, and an associate's degree in business management. After one year I feel like I am doing a very good job at working towards realistic goals. With my credentials I plan to eventually become the manager of a gym. That will allow me the luxury of working in the fitness industry up to retirement.
As far as the fact that I am divorced, I am just being upfront. That is not a topic of discussion I want to pursue. No pity party here. On one hand it does say that I mean what I say about wanting to find a lifelong friendship, on the other hand I will tell you that just because you want to get married does not mean that you should rush right into the bond of marriage.
The bottom line is that I am a good, intelligent, well rounded guy, and I am available. Thanks for taking the time to read my add, there is much to discover in me including the activities that I enjoy. I am completely sober and that is what I feel certain is a primary factor as to why I am single. I will not be involved with someone that uses any drugs, a glass of wine every once and a while is fine.
