I am an optimistic, no drama kind of person. I live a pretty balanced life. Being healthy is important; eating well and working out (yoga, running, paddle-boarding, biking, swimming and skiing are my favorites).
Cooking is one of my greatest passions in life. I've also found myself reading more frequently. It's become a part of my weekly and I've gone through a number of books, at this point mostly history and travel writing.
I love the ocean and the mountains. I guess it doesn't matter where the water is, just walking along the beach is a relaxing and soul-cleansing experience.
