More About Me
I had worked for about 20 years in the desktop publishing field. Changes in the industry led me to leave it and focus on health issues for a while. The current job is a placeholder until something better comes along. As part of my health focus, I began studying Tai Chi 8 years ago, am now a junior instructor, and have changed my eating habits to organic and gluten-free as much as possible. There is not a good grocer near me though, so it is not easy to maintain this. I need no medications, and do not smoke or drink.
