I was born in Nepal to a Nepali mother but father was a traveller and a great story teller.He kept a very good record of his nomadic life which was his source of some income. After we came to USA in 1977 , when I was about 1 and 1/2 years old, he went to work in some manufacturing co. as a consultant for foreign markets. I had a fairly normal childhood, growing up in and around Charlotte,NC while my mom worked as a great housewife.
But I remember her being very homesick at times due to the total culture shock ,not to mention she had to learn the language, get used to customs of her new land etc.I have one brother and one sister who are doing well in their own lives.:lost my mom a few years back. Dad is still around but in an Assisted living home not far from us. From what I understand ,he met my mother in Kathmandu in 1974 and were married In the same city.

I always thought and still do that Nepali women (Girls) were the prettiest and well behaved, That may have changed by now,I am not sure.
I came to this site by accident and decided to see if I can rekindle my childhood memories by connecting with some simple yet nice woman (.Girl).
