More About Me
I'm a teacher, a father of two successful adults that I'm in touch with often. I consider myself fit, prefer to be clean-shaven, and live a healthy, active lifestyle. I keep a neat home. My decor is teak and leather, with a (custom designed) wicker bedroom, and a fully stocked kitchen. I love varietal dining (from A to Z the more exotic the better), and do a lot of my own cooking - mostly fresh veggies and seafood, grilled and stir-fried. (I welcome a partner that likes to cook but knows how to share a kitchen!). My pictures are recent - I'm blessed with youthful genes and an even younger heart and soul! I don't color my hair -and it's all mine!
I lown a classic Solara convertible, and a new all electric Tesla (google it!) . I do 1/2 hour -3-4 miles biking daily. I enjoy road trips and sailing (have owned 3 sailboats - recently sold a 30 foot Hunter). I do Yoga (attend classes weekly), water sports (swimming, boogie board surfing, snorkeling, canoeing, sailing) and being outdoors! But don't get me wrong I'm not in to camping nor hiking - I just prefer the natural beauty of the world as opposed to the performing arts or historic parts of the world.
I work out almost daily on my Total Gym and NordicTrac elliptical. I don't enjoy the gym scene too much time to get ready to go, too much socializing. I do my half hour in the early AM, then another half hour biking on local trails every afternoon.
I love my garden and property (3/2 pool home I designed the pool and spa) on a public community pond-canal-park, and don't foresee moving (from Homestead) at this time. I'm often in my garden, mowing the lawn or nurturing my veggies (see pics).
I smile a lot, and prefer talking clearly and calmly about anything and everything. I will discuss, even debate differences of opinion - but I never argue and have no respect for shouters and screamers. I'm modest and shy don't expect me to come on strong. I've learned slow and steady wins!
More About my Match
My ideal lady partner should be petite (or you enjoy a 5'6" man. Actually I'm closer to a "smoot" in height....google it!). She's fit (close to ideal weight for height) intelligent (being a teacher would be a big plus), youthful and fun-loving. She wears a smile well. She's a creative minimalist with make-up (and life-style!).
Being intelligent and having an ability to talk fluently and intelligently (in English only, please) is preferred. It's OK if you have children at home, but I would prefer a woman who's not encumbered. I want to get to know and cherish a woman that appreciates time off. Teachers have 12 weeks off a year, so that's another advantage of seeking a teacher. You might have another career - as long as you can take PLENTY of time off, since i retire in June and want to go LOTS of places with YOU. If you're "married" to career get a divorce before you consider dating me.
