Well, I was a pretty little brown girl who grew up to be a pretty young woman. It's difficult to do pretty at 58, but with a little makeup, I can do it. I love old school funk, soul, and almost anything MOTOWN. I also like some neo-soul performers like John Legend. I grew up in Arkansas listening to WDIA Memphis. I've had an interesting life--from Arkansas cottonfields to a top Research I university. I'm close to retirement and really really looking forward to it. I own all five seasons of THE WIRE, BREAKING BAD, and all 9 seasons of SEINFELD.
