I think each day one should look at a beautiful painting or listen to a good music, have a walk in the nature, drink a glass of tasty vine or coctail, or read a good book, learn something new about the world, do some sport, and love. I know we use to say I dont have time for such things, or I dont have money. This is just an excuse. They dont require much money or time.
