More About Me
I'm a musical, creative type who has been alone for far too long. I love to play jazz piano and also compose tunes too. Another interest is doing artwork, some of it featuring colourful patterns and uploading these designs to a print-on-demand website, where I've sold three items so far but it is early days. Listening to music is important to me too, my favourite genres being classical and jazz, plus latin and anything well-crafted with good melody and harmony. Popular music of the last 40 years or so tends to leave me cold for the most part. Reading is something I love too, recent books I have enjoyed include works by Jordan Peterson, Fyodor Dostoyevsky, Alexander Solzhenitsyn, Carl Jung, Oliver Sacks and Andrew Scull. I don't have a TV but enjoy watching YouTube content, it could be Jordan Peterson again, or Triggernometry and similar podcasts, or jazz or classical music performances, or an old black and white film from the 1930s to early 1960s, an era of films I much prefer to today's output from Hollywood. I love good conversation but have no one to talk to, as has been the case for 20 years now. In the past I lived in Italy and still speak the language quite well, plus a little tourist-level French, Spanish and German.
More About my Match
I have a soft spot for articulate, intelligent, moral men with dark hair and brown eyes, not too tall, but I cannot find anyone like that. It would be nice to at least find a companion for days out, concerts, meals, walks, the odd holiday etc. Good, stimulating conversation would be nice. A real bonus if you are also a musician, especially a jazz or classical one. Ideal age range is from about 48 to 69. Preferably you would be no more than around 10 years older or 10 years younger than I am. Have never been married or had children myself, but happy to meet yours if we hit it off. You must be single, divorced or widower.
