I am a fairly insightful and intelligent man. I read alot and enjoy mind stretching puzzles. I must say that I am an excellent cook with a very diverse interest in flavors. I am considered to be an Acadian/Creole, (most people would call an Acadian a Cajun). Being an Acadian, I love life, I love great food, I love spice and the spicy! I love music and great movies. I like to be in the great outdoors, biking, camping, walking to see great sites. I like good conversation, and witty banter. I am a bit quirky, and do like British comedy. Hmmm, I guess that I would like first, and foremost, someone that can be a good conversationalist. I prefer either green or hazel eyes, although puppy dog brown eyes are another close contender.
