I consider myself to be a happy and energetic man. I've recently become an empty nester. For myself, I’m working to stay consistent with making healthy choices and also decided to go back to school myself. With the summer off from classes I've decided to tackle some projects around the house, I don't generally before a couch potato after work or on weekends, but that's not to say it doesn't happen once in a while! I clear my head with a good trail hike on a regular basis, and continue to take on new physical activities, including boot camp fitness, barre and yoga classes. We're only give one body so it helps to take care of it. Age and metabolism conspire against me, but I won't give in lol. I spend time helping others as well. I volunteer at a few races around Atlanta in the past and enjoy meeting the variety of people that come out to run them. I know how important it is to communicate, and listening is just as important to me.
