I like to keep my mind, body and soul healthy.
To look after my mind, I enjoy reading about anything and everything (well maybe with the exception of romance novels!) and love learning new skills.
For my body I practice yoga, go to the gym and swim. Since starting yoga I've barely been ill - I recommend it to everyone.
