I am a nurse by trade. I have three grown children and two grandchildren with a third on the way. I was born and raised in the United States, but my Scottish heritage hails from Killin. My passion is animals. I have gone back to college to switch careers in order to work with them. I enjoy the outdoors (hunting, fishing, boating, swimming, camping, raising chickens etc.), drawing, writing, playing the piano, gardening and anything else that will allow me to connect with the earth. I am also a techy who loves all the new gadgets. As much as I love all that, I can simply walk away from it to be outside.
