I exercise and practice yoga regularly. My son is now out of the house and travel is calling my name. I would like to visit significant places of spiritual interest where amazing people who have advanced the consciousness of our planet have lived; Assisi,Italy; Abadiania Brazil, etc. I attend a spiritualist church every Sunday and help with the ins and outs of its functioning.
