i've been aware of being on an awakening journey for 18 years. i practice meditation, kundalini yoga and mantra singing daily (well, actually when there's no-one else here i tend to get lazy and often skip my practice!).
i grow organic food. i live in the mountain foothills at my home in Bulgaria, but am in UK visiting family until ? not sure, maybe August/Sept 23 until i've made a new care arrangement for my mother.
i often receive volunteers from workaway at my home to help in the garden and with construction / renovation of other outbuildings, in preparation for receiving retreat guests and have made many great friends who come back to visit.
i know i am not this body, thoughts, feelings etc. and do my best to act as True Self, with kindness, compassion, and even sometimes "tough love".
