Im Lauf der Zeit-literaly in German means "In the Course of Time." In England & the US it is called "Kings of the Road." It is a road adventure movie that starts at a slower pace but then sucks you in with its surprises & great jazz soundtrack with splashes of some American songs here & there. I'm surprised this is still my favorite movie even though I like many films quite different from this one. It shows so much about life, friendship & love with very little dialogue & it is quirky & unpredictable.
