A really good troll will get a lively debate going and you wouldn't recognise it. Unfortunately no good ones on CS
That's what they don't get. There is no debate with posters like that. Offer a differing opinion and they get nasty and personal and you're accused of trolling. Probably because they're incapable of mature debate.
