If I'm not mistaking, your gf looks Asian. Does she have Spanish passport? If not, I believe it will not be as easy to get a visa. According to the websites and my knowledge, she'd have to prove she's not a potential immigrant to be granted a visa. Why not check on the US Embassy website? You'll find all the details there. But I believe it would be much easier for you to travel to see her.

Here is my complaint: Have you checked the previous threads? A thread like yours is posted every month. WTF?! Do you need people to tell you personally if your size matters? Go out and let them find out physically. People that are so preoccupied with this issue are not well endowed and therefore insecure.
Coming from a different culture, it's hard for me to give you any piece of advice. I do not live my life through others' eyes, therefore I do not care about and I am not limited by traditions or any social aspects, views and opinions. I understand your fears, but at the end of the day, you are the one that has to live with your wife and you and your happiness should come first your life, so you should do what you feel it's best for you, regardless of what others think. It might be hard at the beginning, but on long term it will pay off
Well, I disagree with this statement of yours, for the topic of this thread totally contradicts it. Just like many other threads of yours. If you didn't care what people thought of you, you wouldn't have posted them in the first place.
