It is a great feeling to know that when living here in New Zealand all the people in the whole world are living behind in time, feels special. Sometimes it is a bit diffecult to work out what time it is where and not to make phone calls at a totally wrong time.It is here saturday morning right now and a great weeekend ahead of me.

Sunday morning would be the best part of the whole week if you ask me. Sometimes when i am finished with work, as i do relief milking every 2nd weekend, then when i drive home around 8AM then it seems that there is nobody alive. No cars, no sound, just nothing except a few birds and the animals in the pastures.
As New Zealand has got 4 million people and 3 million live in the North Island and only 1 million in the south island and both island are aprox the same size. Then there are about 4 bigger cities spread over the South Island and aprox 1/2 million would be living in the cities, so just imagine how few people live in the country, i love it.

Hello there,
Just very recent i started noticing something funny with one off my dogs. When she comes and greets me then often she shakes her body, like when they have been swimming, getting ride of the water. So i started focusing on that a little bit more and the thing that i can see a connection with at the moment is that when us people feel strange, yackie, get a bad feeling, then we often shake ourself as well, get shivers etc. Then thinking back to the dog that she might get a certain vibe from me that doesn't agree, so when she does this i try and think of how i feel on the inside and try to make some sense out of it. It does happen the odd time when i feel perfectly fine, no hurry, not a busy day, so i will keep looking at it and see if i can figure it out.
Today i have been doing my relief milking job and that is every 2nd weekend milking, saturdays and sundays.
Like many of you people can say be amused for hours and hours with x-box, reading or whatever it may be. Well i would like to tell you, how funny it may sound, this is what you can do in between cows as well, haha. Like i walk in between them, chat with them, without words and it is like they really understand. when you are calm, happy on the inside this is what the cow feels as well. So that is the feeling we need to have all the time and any animal is very sensitive for it so when an animal likes you it is good and when they don't feel comfortable around you, you might need some practising.
Is there anybody out there who has this same feeling connecting with animals?????
As i have recent joined this site and for the first i think it is great to have the oppertunity to talk with many different people and at no cost, a big thanks to CS.
As here where i live the reception for the TV is pretty bad, only 1 channel, so i never see the news, which is great in a way because there is so much negative on it and i really don't miss it. So i see a little bit the same here on CS with some of the blogs, to many focus on negative or the past. Just forget about it and put all your energy into what you want, if everybody does that then this site will be the biggest and most used site ever.
