Fire burns down 100 houses in St Francis Bay
The cause of the fire is not known.
At least 100 houses burnt down in a raging fire at St Francis Bay in the Eastern Cape, Kouga Municipality said on Sunday.
"The firefighters report that 100 houses have been burnt down and they are still battling with the flames because of the strong westerly wind,"
The African Black Oystercatcher
The African Black Oystercatcher also known as African oystercatcher, is a large wader which is a resident breeder on the rocky coasts and islands of southern Africa. Listed as an endangered bird the black oystercatcher has a population of less than 5,000 adults.
