Tet is coming on my country, everybody is preparing for those days.
It's a big chance for all family members gather and wish all the best for one another.
Adults will spend a lot for gifts and lixi for the kids, small red envelopes ( with money inside) in the beginning of the lunar year bring luck and happiness for the whole year, kids like that much and always eager for those. When I was a child I was always waiting for those red envelopes from the relatives, we kids would be grateful and interested in gathering them, then compared among one another, the more money we had, the luckier we were :)). I was often the less luckier, cuz I don't have as many relatives as my friends do :(
Every family makes traditional cake, bánh chung, bánh tét... I often gain weight on this vacation for eating too much sticky rice.
I'm Looking forward to coming home at the end of this month... :)
A busy Sunday has finished. After a holiday working day I am really exhausted now.
Going to church made my mind calm down that I could get the new energy for another busy working week. I guess I need to change my job. I am a girl not a robot and I need time for my own life. But if I quit, my relatives will have a lot of difficulties.
I have been taking charge of this job for quite long time, I live with it, breathe with it, eat with it, sleep with it...it has come to my blood, my love with this job is quite long and I will probably miss it when I leave.
Every day sitting at a corner, looking out the windows and wish that I could fly out of the case. I sometimes imagine that I am another Repunzel.
Life is short and youth is fast. Money is also important to my family and I have to be responsible for it. What do I have to do?
