When i have been to russia many years ago i used to dine in restaurants on weekends .i really enjoyed all sorts of russion food served at restaurants and in the russian countryside.l very liked to have the russin meat with some vegetables wich is called (borsh ) then i have the russian salad which is called( stolichnaya salata) which again iscalled inthe west( olivie ) i think .afer that i have caviar ( fish eggs red or black) of course with a little of russian stolichnaya VODKA though spirtual drinks are unfortunately forbiden or banned in my religion islam...after that comes ( the hot dish ) it is chicken ala kiev such balls or globs friedd stuffed with onother sort of meat maybe lamb meat.....i still miss this food .....maybe i had to marry a skillful russian girl at my thirties.....gentle men have you ever tried drinking a bottle of russian champagne one time at any time with a romantic russian blond sexapealing girl? TRY it with some black russian choclate.///////////plz what is the best porgion or food in your restarants everywhere.
