Thought I would share this with anyone out there suffering from this condition. I have had it quite badly for almost a year and the doctor said nothing other than change footwear and excercise. Well, I have had some back pain recently too and I used a TENS unit on my back to ease the pain and when done I thought I would just stick the pads on the soles of my feets too to see what would happen which I did for 10 mins. I have woken this morning without any pain at all (still feel a tiny bit of tightness) but that is it.!!!! I could almost cry with relief. Just thought I would share it with anyone out there suffering with the same. Please try it and let me know how it goes. Good luck! I know how horrid it is for you. Rags xxx
