It is said that thoughts and words ate the second power creating our destiny.In each field of life.
Let's take datings and relationships.
Instead of saying 'My ex was terrible' we can say' 'We were not compatible' or ' He / She had different way of expressing himself / herself'. Both parties are responsible for the relationship... so if sb is terrible I can either learn how to handle with him / her, I can try to find differentway of cooperation or I can move on. Doing nothing and blaming I give him / her power over the situation.
Think what you say, yourself or to your partner and try to find more neutral and constructive ways of communication - you will see the results immediately.
Especially I recommend to replace 'I have to' by 'I choose' and very helpless 'I can't' by 'I won't.

Everyone manifests something. Some people manifest abundance, other manifest lack.
If you don't have what you want - ask yourself: How do I manifest this? What do I focus on, thinking of my partner, my date? What do I expect being with him/her? How do I project other peoples' reactions? Do I expect positive or negative things?
And if you fill up yourself with fear, anger... it grows like weeeds, infecting more and more soil of your subconscious mind.
These seeds will emerge as sproots of words, then will grow into leaves of action and steams of habits... to become your fate... blooming and spreading again.
Fortunately there is a solution - YOU - who are in charge to choose loving, uplifting thoughts and dismiss those negative. Like a gardener.
