Hey guyz and gals. I've got a bit of a rant here, so bear with me.
I have met several women here whom I've had a great time chatting/iming with. There were 2 good possibles that I was thinking of taking it to the next level. You know meeting them in person and see where it leads to. Hopefully to a meaningful relationship.
However it turns out like so: They travel to a foreign country from the US be it business or pleasure I don't know
, and we're still chatting/iming and all is good until they ask me to wire money. They insist that it's for personal reasons and give me the info which turns out to be a male's name, the foreign country's info along with address and zipcode and we haven't even met yet!
I find it quite odd they they go through these lengths to travel, book a hotel room, but yet are broke to have a meal or whatever the they need. I mean who the heck travels over thousands of miles, books a hotel room, which I know all this costs a pretty penny, but yet doesn't have money to eat? C'mon, wussup with that?
I travelled to Phoenix, booked a hotel room for a week and made sure I had enough funds to eat for 2 weeks just in case.
I'm not here judging that all women here are scammers but, it just makes me change my mind about dating sites. Now I feel I'm more protective and hesitant towards meeting people over this and any other dating site. Am I crazy to think this way?
