Its amazing the way life works out never quite the way you imagine. How many of us in the stupor of youth have planned out our life with that tickle in your belly, that it would work out just the way stars of the constellations align.
But, if you could live your life exactly to plan, would you really want to? Although I have cried many fat salty tears on my mere 21 years on this earth, if I could have it any other way, I fecking wouldn’t.
I have encountered some bad, awful things in my life, that still haunt me to this day. Sometimes I dream of them and I awaken in the night short of breath and scared and maybe certain experiences leave a person flawed and decorates them with invisible scars, but I am glad to have them and although I know the location of each and they don’t mar the surface, they are there but I am proud. Knowledge is so utterly invaluable. So to all of us out there, who have made mistakes in life who constantly refer to past hurts and allow them to raise their ugly heads like ghouls on Halloween, take a breather. There is only a tiny amount of control we really have in our lives, we cannot take back a single minute so what I say to those, who like me used to fret on a daily basis, NO REGRETS!
Make every minute of everyday count, try your damnedest to get what you want because there is no going back and you never know when your time is up.
That is the beauty of life, the beauty of not knowing, never knowing and finally waking up and realising that anything in our control is temporary and fleeting so make the most of it people.
Do something good and different today, however small and seemingly futile you will find it makes a huge difference to your daily life.
I have started doing it and I am starting to feel better about my life as a whole already, we all want to travel the world and achieve huge things but if like me it is slightly unrealistic for you, start small and start today!
