my new studio already fix it, so these days i m busy for move. my father checked the lucky day for me, 1th june i will be working the new studio, that studio close the fashion mall, easy for customer visit.
now i m in the old office, everywhere is boxes, so mess, funny i find here just the model with me in office right now, she will move today:)
Tonight is my salad night, i use shripms make the seafood salad, little Spicy, this time i match one leamon honey red tea.normally with white wine.
by the way, is really good salad to share with your lover:)
1. Chop 5 garlic clove
2. Slice 2 chili from middle and remove seeds and white inside
3. Chop chilis,ginger
4. Chop coriander leaves
5. Put all together in bowl (coriander, ginger,chili and garlic) and pour some oil on them
6. Sgueeze half lemon to bowl
7. Put shripms to bowl and make sure they get spices and oil all around. Let them season for 15 mins
8. Heat your frie pan to hot and pour all content of bowl in it. Add salt. You can also use soy sauce to replace salt.
9. Frie until shrimps are done. Dont fry too long as shrimps will get too sticky. Taste if enough salt.
10. While shripms are getting done slice very thin onion rings to add on salad
11. Put shrips, frid carlic and cili andonions rings on salad. Add some olive oil and black pepper
I use salad for dinner two times each week, always try make new salad. last night i make that salad, it is really good taste, i use lettuce;perilla leaf;sardine; olives; egg; almond;raisin;lemon; black vinegar; olive oil; black piper; dry grapes together mix.
so i have use 12 different thing make the salad, no,its 13, my hands join it too.
she is the lady who rows a boat to the island ,and she is singing on the boat, so good so good voice, if she born in egland, maybe she will be susan...
25th this month i need move to new studio,just 6days. but still all is mess here , fast fast fast....is these days my words forDecoration worker.
chinese food isnt difficult cook,the black one is sweet ribs, my boy love it. and twovegetables , one fish, i like vegetables&seafood.
DONT know what is that kind of bird..
