Great to be back in CSS :)

I'm recuparating after an accident..from trail running..and hiking over trails..with 4 stitches on my right cheeks..and cuts on my forehead..wow! that was tough!..thank god am okay..
am active..im 50..participants shocked..bcos I didn't look like 50..I said Thank You! Most of all I Thank God for everything!!

Hi Lamusique. Sorry to heat about your accident, hope you will get better soon. I to hike a lot, but have not had any bad falls yet, but I've kissed the dirt a few times, believe me.
Now have a wonderful day or night, depends on where in the world you are.

Yup..but I won't give up running and climbing and tracking.

I've done all the kilometres and the longest urban challenge is 42.5km ..

Yippeeeee!! OOps! My cheek hurts..yay!!
