in the last three weeks of may i lost 23 lbs. i the month of june i plan on losing another 20 lbs. i put in abour 6-8 miles of fast walking each day along with 60 deep knee bends, 25 sit-ups and about 20 push-ups. i keep telling myself i love yogurt and fruit and so far it's working. we'll see.

it's the end of july and i've lost 36 lbs since late in may.
