Friends,
I am a practising teacher of creative meditation since the last 26 years. I learnt this technique from an Guruji/Teacher/Mentor, Sri Kailash and have since been doing this meditation. Actually, this technique is called Transcendental Meditation and was discovered by the late sage of India, Maharishi Mahesh Yogi. Many top western people got attracted to this style of meditation; the Beatles of England were the first group to learn this technique and later on many others also learn this art.

To explain it in a simple way, T.M. is the world's most easily learnt meditation. One has to first learn it from a known teacher and then practise this technique two times a day::: morning and evening for only 30 minutes. Later on, you can extend the session up to one hour or two hours daily. The method is very easy. You sit crossed legged on the floor and close your eyes and let your mind be free. Please don't ever concentrate, but pay attention to your thoughts. First there will be bad thoughts, good thoughts, wild thoughts and other thoughts. The technique here is not to worry or pay attention to these thoughts.Slowly, your mind will settle down to only one thought and later even this thought will disappear and there will be {nothingness} in your mind. This is the stage where you will feel comfortable and absolutely in heaven.

My book explains everything about this technique. It not only says T.M. in full, but it also reveals a new theory of creative meditation, where your mind expands to a new high of a thought, resulting in your creativity being born.
